These terms are here to help everyone understand how our shop works. By placing an order, you agree to the points outlined below.

About the artwork

The Empowering Life Gallery sells only original creations by Colin Cesvette, and the print service provider, a professional fine art printing studio, prints them on demand.

We create each print specifically for your order, ensuring quality, care, and attention to detail.

Ordering & production

When a customer places an order, the system sends it into production shortly afterwards. Because each piece is made to order:

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun
• Production and delivery times are outlined in our Delivery Policy

Please ensure your order details, including size and delivery address, are correct at checkout.

Pricing & payment

All prices are illustrated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment details.

Delivery

Prints are packaged and shipped with care by The Print Space. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary depending on location and busy periods.

Returns & issues

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Colour & appearance

Due to differences in screen settings and the nature of fine art printing, slight colour variations may occur. These are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Use of artwork

All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical artwork only. Reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without permission.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect how the shop operates. The latest version will always be available on this page.
